FMC ARQUITETURA. EXPERIENCE THAT CREATES QUALITY, COMMITMENT, AND TRANSPARENCY.
With over 30 years of experience, FMC is known for the high quality of, and the commitment to its projects. For this reason, very demanding customers such as Cinemark, Santander, Vivo, renowned hospitals, industries and transnational companies entrust their design plans to our architects. Our customers' portfolio also includes corporate spaces, residences, condominiums, hotels and guest houses.
Our team is driven by challenges and also takes part in architectural competitions. An example of that is the design plan for the Reurbanization of Frei Caneca Street in the city of São Paulo, a competition won by FMC.
For FMC every project is unique. We believe listening is essential to understanding. After the meetings phase we ask the customers to fill in a questionnaire so that their answers can lead us through the development of the initial design plan.
Our projects are multidisciplinary. Our commitment goes from knowing every sector, past strict adherence to technical standards, creativity, quality design, choice of materials, professionals involved, adequate costs, to strict compliance with set deadlines.
All such care, transparency and availability are intended to guarantee that both the design and the works are perfect.
FMC does business mainly in Brazil, but we also have projects in countries like Uruguay, Venezuela, Colombia and Angola.
Our passion for architecture is renewed every single day. And we want to share that with our customers.
